This 3 storey, 1345 square foot apartment is independent, very well furnished and equipped with all comforts. The sea and the dock are very easy to reach by comfortable stairs leading to a sand beach (from 660 to 985 feet) with either free or equipped beaches just 0,4 miles away.
Considering the location of this accommodation, your stay will be really exclusive: you will spend your holidays in an area with clear waters, white sand beaches and wonderful sea cliffs.
The accommodation is not equipped with handicap facilities.
The property sleeps 4 + 2 people; availability of 2 private car places in the garage underneath the property.
It is one of the best tourist sites since the second world war: the environment has been preserved, allowing a careful "settlement" in the huge pine forest: the location offers clean paths, perfect lawns and flower beds, the gardens are elegant and always well-kept.
The dock (900 boat places) offers the possibility of renting boats, speed boats, yachts, with or without sailor/staff. The golf course is one of the biggest in Europe and hosts important international competitions.
In the very well equipped shopping centre, easy to reach with a short nice walk, you can find markets, restaurants, bars, boutiques, newspapers and magazines, car and boat/speed boat rentals. Moreover, nearby you can find fully equipped beaches, disco, pharmacy, bank, medical centre, laundry, post office, church, etc.
Sport: You can practise or play any water sport, you can play golf in the elegant golf course with 18 holes; horse riding with riding school, tennins and minigolf courses available.
